Rental Car Bookings

To book a rental car in Kula, customers must present a valid driver’s license and insurance at check-in. Vacation rentals and vehicle packages are also offered.

The cancellation policy states that cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to booking receive a full refund minus a $50 to $100 fee depending on group size. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. Prepaid entry passes or rental vehicles are non-refundable. All cancellations must be done via the email in the confirmation. Due to government shutdown, refunds will not be issued for any bookings.
