Duration:
Our zipline tours generally last between 1.5 to 3 hours. The length may vary for each tour, including instruction and travel time.

Tours are offered daily at 10 AM.
Requirements & Restrictions:
- Check-in 45 minutes prior to your tour time.
- No experience necessary.
- Ages 4 years and up, weight: 35 lbs. min – 275 lbs. max.
- Tours run rain or shine, rain-wear provided.
- Closed-toe footwear required, tie back long hair, secure glasses.
- Moderate to advanced physical activity level required.
- Pregnant women and individuals with serious medical conditions or prior back and neck injuries not permitted.
Cancellation Policy:
24-hour cancellation policy. Bookings canceled less than 24 hours before the tour time will be charged in full.

We had a bit of hiccup at pearl harbor, when waiting for the tour they had a glitch in the system and we did not receive our standby text. We had been waiting 3 hours to go to out to the memorial. It was time to leave, but Austin was extremely accommodating and made sure that we got to experience the memorial. This tour does not schedule a time for the memorial tour and you do have to wait. Make a reservation!! Highly suggest asking for Austin!
