This mid-day experience offers a delicious and nutritious Farm-to-Table Lunch inspired by seasonal produce, showcasing local organically-grown vegetables, fruits, Polynesian starches, and locally-sourced proteins including meat and fish.

Your journey begins with a guided walk through tropical fruit orchards, medicinal herb gardens, Polynesian food forests, and regenerative farm systems that demonstrate sustainable food growing in harmony with nature.
