Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if canceled 72 hours prior to activity date
- 50% refund if canceled 48 hours prior
- No refund if canceled within 24 hours or no-show
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your confirmed pickup and drop-off time. In case of Hanalei Bridge closure or operator cancellation, rentals will be rescheduled or fully refunded.
