About: Embark on the Rescue Diver Certification course, described by scuba divers as both challenging and rewarding. Learn to prevent and manage problems in the water, boosting your confidence as a diver and your ability to assist others in need. The course combines serious learning with fun activities, fostering camaraderie among participants.

Eligibility: PADI (Junior) Adventure Divers aged 12 and above, who have completed the Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive, are eligible for the course. All students must have completed Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care training within the past 24 months. If not completed beforehand, this training can be done during the course.

Academic: The course covers various rescue techniques, preparing you to handle dive emergencies effectively. Topics include self-rescue, stress management, emergency equipment, rescuing panicked or unresponsive divers, and more. College credit may be available for the course.

Course Details:

• Training conducted at Aloha Scuba Dive Shop classroom or from shore.
• Maximum student-to-instructor ratio: 4:1.
