Rainbow Helicopters Tour Cancellation and Change Policies

Guests must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to be eligible for a full refund on cancellations or to request changes to tour dates or times. Rebookings are subject to availability and must meet minimum capacity requirements. Less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows may result in full charges without exception.

Go Oahu Cardholders must ensure their card numbers are valid on the day of the tour; otherwise, the credit card on file will be charged the full price. The company is not responsible for GoCard issues or restrictions.

Trips operate rain or shine but may be canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, with options to reschedule or receive a full refund. Turtle sightings during snorkeling are not guaranteed and may be limited by surf conditions.
