Parking: Located in the International Market Place parking garage. Validation included for the first hour. Subsequent hours are $2/hour up to four hours. Standard rates apply after four hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- Individual/Small Groups (1-10 People): Cancel at least 72 hours before the event for a refund.
- Large Groups (10+ People): Non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
- No-shows are non-refundable.

We had a bit of hiccup at pearl harbor, when waiting for the tour they had a glitch in the system and we did not receive our standby text. We had been waiting 3 hours to go to out to the memorial. It was time to leave, but Austin was extremely accommodating and made sure that we got to experience the memorial. This tour does not schedule a time for the memorial tour and you do have to wait. Make a reservation!! Highly suggest asking for Austin!
