Experience a refreshing 20-minute deep ocean cold water foot soak at our ocean view cabana located at Kona Salt Farm in the Hawaii Ocean Science & Technology Park. This unique soak uses continuously running deep ocean water, naturally 47 degrees and rich in magnesium.
The cold water immersion helps reduce inflammation, alleviate pain and swelling, enhance workout recovery, and improve overall circulation by constricting and dilating blood vessels. For optimal benefits, briefly dunk your feet in and out of the cold water rather than prolonged exposure.
