This slower-paced snorkeling trip in Kailua-Kona is perfect for beginners, families with young children, or swimmers unsure about longer excursions. Guests receive assistance adjusting snorkel gear and use flotation noodles to comfortably view tropical fish. Along the way, watch for dolphins and whales.

Multiple check-in times are available at the Keauhou Shopping Center behind Tropics Restaurant (78-6962 Kamehameha III Rd). The tour duration includes check-in and gear fitting. Participants must be comfortable swimming.

• Historical narration about Captain Cook’s fate at Kealakekua Bay
• Light snacks, fruit, juices, and bottled water provided
• Flotation noodles for assistance

Please bring towels, cover-ups, reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, and sun hats with straps. The boat has dry storage. Note that the tour is not wheelchair accessible and participants must be under 285 lbs and able to climb a metal ladder to reboard the boat. Non-swimmers may remain on board as paid ride-alongs.
