Inclusions:
- Private Hawaiian Lifeguard Surf Coach: Receive 15-minute private surf classroom coaching and up to 2 hours of surf time at Kahalu’u Bay.
- Equipment: Surfboard, leash, rash guard water shirt, and water shoes rental.
- Safekeeping: Store your car keys with the instructor for safekeeping at the beach park.

- Reef-safe sunscreen
- Swim clothes (please arrive dressed in swim attire by check-in time)

Restrictions:
- Participants: Two persons aged 10+ are required for this class option.
- Weight Limit: Maximum board weight capacity is 250 lbs. Participants over the weight capacity must select 1:1 Exclusive Surf for an equipment upgrade.
- Health & Safety: All students must be able to swim and participate in intensive cardiovascular & physical activity. Parents/guardians not surfing must remain on location to accompany minor children.
Additional Information:
- Transportation: Student transportation is not provided.
- Surf Viewing: Ideal surf viewing areas are available at Kahalu’u Beach Park for spectators.
- Storage: HLSI will provide storage of your vehicle keys and one personal bag.

We booked the tour through our hotel concierge, and everything from pickup to lunch was great. Highly recommend the small group experience and make sure you ask for Heather as your guide :)

We had a bit of hiccup at pearl harbor, when waiting for the tour they had a glitch in the system and we did not receive our standby text. We had been waiting 3 hours to go to out to the memorial. It was time to leave, but Austin was extremely accommodating and made sure that we got to experience the memorial. This tour does not schedule a time for the memorial tour and you do have to wait. Make a reservation!! Highly suggest asking for Austin!
