Explore the fascinating world of bees with our Beekeeping Tour, suitable for all ages and offering a captivating one-hour experience with our experienced beekeepers.

Delve into the hive for a tour and inspection led by our beekeeper, witnessing firsthand how bees live and forage. Sample our diverse honey varietals and gain insight into the honey production process through a short video, from flower to jar.

After the tour, browse our museum’s artifacts and locally produced gift items, immersing yourself further in the world of bees and beekeeping.

Getting Here:
We’re conveniently located near the Painted Church, Kealakekua Bay, an ancient heiau, Pu’uhonua O Honaunau National Historical Park, and Greenwell Coffee Farm.

Note:
Reservations are required. Our tour is stroller and wheelchair accessible and open to all ages. To ensure proper social distancing, tours are limited to eight people, including children. Please reserve space for each member of your party.

Both indoor and outdoor portions of the tour are undercover, with minimal walking required. No protective clothing is necessary. Shorts, sleeveless shirts, and sandals are welcome.
