Join a guided tour of the newly built Ola Distillery located on a historic sugar mill property with heritage landmarks overlooking Hilo Bay in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Discover the history and revival of the once lost traditional Hawaiian spirit, ‘Ōkolehao.
The tour covers the unique fermentation, distillation, proofing, and aging processes used at the distillery. The experience concludes with a tasting of three expressions of award-winning ‘Ōkolehao. Please note cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the tour date to receive a refund.
