West Maui Tour Cancellation and Refund Policy

Changes and cancellations for the West Maui Tour are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the tour commencement without penalty. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours are subject to full charge. Refunds are not available once the tour has started.

The operator is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or third-party equipment problems. Some attractions operate on a first-come, first-served basis; admission cannot be guaranteed and no refunds are issued if access is denied.

For tours including inter-island flights, no cancellations or refunds are permitted. Airline fare overage fees and change fees may apply. Passenger information must match government-issued ID for airline check-in.
