Waterfall Swim and Hike in Lihue
This guided 1.5 to 2-hour tour takes place on private property overlooking the Huleʻia watershed and Haʻupu Mountain range, featuring two secret waterfalls. A quarter-mile hike leads to Bamboo Falls, a great photo spot, and Papakolea Falls, where guests can swim and climb behind the cascading waterfall.
Requirements: Participants must be able to walk up and down at least 8 flights of stairs and navigate slippery, muddy, and uneven terrain. Minimum age is 8 years old.
What to Bring: Water shoes, bug spray, and sunscreen.
Tours operate Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 11 AM and 1 PM.
