- Check-in at The Royal Hawaiian Hotel service counter from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- All rental items must be returned by 5:00 PM
- Towels are not included; guests of The Royal Hawaiian Hotel may obtain towels at the check-in counter
- Guests must be present and ready to use the umbrella set for placement on the beach
- For safety, umbrella location adjustments must be requested through staff
- Guests may come and go during the rental but should never leave belongings unattended
