VIP Chocolate Tasting and Farm Tour at Honokaa Chocolate
Discover fine chocolate on a guided 1.5-hour tour at Honokaa Chocolate farm, Hawaii’s only commercial cacao grower. Learn about cacao cultivation, harvesting, fermentation, and drying in the orchard.
The tour includes an introduction to fine chocolate, opening a ripe cacao pod, and an extensive tasting of five award-winning craft chocolates. Guests also learn chocolate’s history, health benefits, and the chocolate-making process from roasting to tempering.
The tasting bar is open by reservation for 45-minute guided tastings starting May 13, or visit the downtown store daily from 11 AM to 4 PM. Tours run Tuesday through Saturday from 2 to 4 PM; check the online calendar for availability.
