Vanilla Experience Luncheon & Farm Tour

This experience begins at the vanilla mill site in Paauilo, Hawaii, with a gourmet vanilla-inspired luncheon followed by a Vanilla 101 presentation. The menu features vanilla lemonade, vanilla ice tea, or a combination called a “Jimmy Boy.”

Guests enjoy an amuse of garam masala shrimp cooked in vanilla butter on crostini with vanilla pineapple chutney, vanilla bourbon marinated chicken breast on a vanilla sweet bread bun with caramelized onions and vanilla mango chutney aioli, and a salad topped with vanilla raspberry balsamic dressing, vanilla honey peppered pecans, and feta cheese. Potatoes are baked with a vanilla southwest rub, and dessert includes Hawaiian vanilla bean ice cream. Complimentary coffee service is included.

The gallery and gift shop are open daily from 10 AM to 3 PM. Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free options, and most dietary restrictions can be accommodated.
