Check-in is 15 minutes before the tour start time. A $100 credit card hold is placed on reservations until the tour completes without damage. Matching credit card and ID are required at check-in.

Participants must weigh between 40 and 275 lbs, with all weighed fully clothed during check-in. Bring a change of clothes and towels if raining, closed-toed shoes, a light cover-up, and cash or credit card for gratuity.
