Join our expert mixologist at the Alaloa Lounge in The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua, for a hands-on session crafting signature cocktails inspired by the flavors of Maui. Using premium spirits, local ingredients, and modern techniques, you will explore molecular mixology, advanced methods, and the art of balancing and layering flavor.
Discover the stories behind each creation, learning where the inspiration comes from and the passion poured into every sip. This experience is for adults age 21 and over, priced at $50+ per adult, and includes tasting.
Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance. Personal instruction and tasting are included. Customers receive a full refund or credit with 24-hour notice of cancellation or in case of operator cancellation.
