Private Surf Lesson Overview

Private Surf Lessons provide tailored instruction for surfers of all levels on Oahu’s North Shore. Whether you are a beginner or looking to challenge yourself on bigger waves, certified instructors from Surf Hawaii Surf School will guide you throughout the session.

Lesson Details and Schedule

Lessons run daily at 7 am, 10 am, 2 pm, and 4 pm, lasting 2 hours. Each session includes on-water coaching in a low-pressure, safe environment. Instructors are certified lifeguards with CPR and AED training, ensuring professional guidance.

Instruction and Equipment

The lesson begins with a 20-minute land training covering surf ethics and safety. You will then paddle out with your instructor who provides continuous support. All necessary equipment such as surfboards, leashes, and rash guards are included. Lessons are customized to your skill level for an effective learning experience.
