The SUP ocean vision quest combines stand-up paddleboarding with a guided meditation on the open ocean near Kihei, Maui. This experience begins with a gentle paddleboard lesson to ensure participants feel steady and comfortable on the water.
Guided Meditation
After setting a clear intention, the group paddles in silence to a peaceful spot where the guided On-Ocean Vision Quest Meditation takes place. This heart-led practice helps participants listen inward and reconnect with their personal calling.
Vision Coaching
Following the on-water meditation, participants receive a 1-hour vision coaching session via Zoom or in person while on Maui, providing further support for their journey.
