Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Lesson in Kailua
Learn the basics of stand up paddleboarding with an instructor along Kailua’s pristine beach and out to Flat Island. This 2-hour lesson covers paddling strokes, turning, and balance while offering opportunities to spot sea turtles and fish around the coral reef.
The package includes transportation from and to Waikiki, use of NSP 11’6″ or similar stand-up boards with full EVA foam deck pads, snorkel mask, boogie board, beach mat, and lunch options including pizza, calzones, Hawaiian plate lunch, or salads.
- Lesson Duration: 2 hours plus 2 hours beach time
- Transportation included from Waikiki
- Age Restrictions: Group lessons for ages 13-17 with guardian; private tours from age 8 with guardian
- All participants must be able to swim
