Stand Up Paddle Lessons on Oahu’s North Shore

Experience stand-up paddle surfing (SUP), known in Hawaiian as Hoe he’e nalu, with Go Nuts Hawaii in Haleiwa. This low-impact fitness activity improves balance, coordination, strength, and endurance, and is suitable for all ages and abilities.

Lessons are conducted at LANIAKEA, FREDDY’S, or river locations depending on ocean and wind conditions. All lessons include SUP boards and paddles. Options include private one-on-one lessons, semi-private lessons for two students, and group lessons for three to four students per instructor. Professional instructors provide personalized guidance with Aloha spirit to ensure a memorable experience.
