Experience the transformative power of a Sacred Sound Bath Meditation led by Julia Berrey using Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. This session is held every third Thursday at 6pm in Kahului.
Bring your own yoga mat to relax and rejuvenate as soothing frequencies wash away stress and tension, calming your nervous system and promoting inner harmony. Enjoy the calming presence of the cats at the Cat Cafe during the meditation.
All donations and proceeds support the felines and the Cat Cafe. Cancellations require 24 hours notice for a full refund.
