Snorkeling Cruise Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Ola ParaDive Scuba – Oahu enforces a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals; after this, participants are considered no-shows. A rescheduling fee of $75 per participant applies for late arrivals or no-shows when rescheduling to a new date. No partial or full refunds are given if participants arrive late or miss their assigned booking time.

Guest cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are charged the full booking price, and no refunds are issued. All no-shows are charged the full amount. To cancel or inquire about rescheduling, contact (808) 348-6645.

Ola ParaDive reserves the right to alter or cancel charters due to adverse weather, minimum passenger requirements, or safety conditions. In such cases, credits or refunds may be issued. Guests must provide correct contact information to receive updates about their bookings.
