Snorkel and Sighting Cruise Cancellation Policy

Customers booking the Snorkel and Sighting Cruise in Honolulu are eligible for a full refund if they cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. In rare cases where the charter is canceled due to safety concerns such as inclement weather or poor dive conditions, customers can reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund.

To cancel or inquire, contact by phone at (808) 232-3193 or via email. Changes or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the activity start will incur a $100 change fee. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the activity start are non-refundable.

Course fees include a non-refundable $165 e-Learning fee, with access retained even if the course is canceled. Multi-day packages and courses are non-refundable after the first day.
