Semi Private Surf Lessons with Sunset Suzy in Hauula

Sunset Suzy’s Hawaiian Surf School provides semi-private surf lessons on Oahu’s North Shore for beginners and intermediate surfers. The 2:1 student to instructor ratio ensures personalized attention.

Lessons typically last 1.5 to 2 hours and take place in beautiful protected coves with gentle beginner waves similar to Waikiki but without the crowds. All surfing equipment including surfboards, leashes, and rash guards is provided.

Students often encounter Hawaiian sea turtles swimming nearby. Lessons are offered daily at 10 am, 12 pm, and 2:30 pm for ages 3 and up. Participants should bring swimsuit, sunscreen, and towel.
