Lesson Structure and Equipment
The session includes a hands-on briefing on land to practice popping up on the board, surf technique, etiquette, and safety. Participants receive a foam top surfboard, SPF surf shirt, and reef walker surf shoes. Complimentary bottled water and sunscreen are provided, and life vests are available upon request.
