Each lesson begins with a 20-minute land session covering paddling, pop-up techniques, and ocean safety. Then, participants enter the water to practice these skills. Reef-safe sunscreen, rash guard, water shoes, and surfboard are provided. Instructors answer all questions and offer guidance on surfing etiquette and techniques for future solo surfing.
