- Passenger Limit: To ensure safety, a maximum of 9 passengers are allowed.
- Pickup/Drop-off: Adequate space for maneuvering is required, and our driver will coordinate with you for safety.
- Gratuity: Our dedicated drivers appreciate any gesture of appreciation, with a standard guideline of 20% cash tip.
- Age Requirements: For groups with passengers aged 16 and under, at least one adult over 21 must be present throughout the ride.
- Cleaning Fee: A general cleaning fee is included, and passengers are requested to avoid glitter or powder to maintain cleanliness.
- Vehicle Maintenance: In case of unexpected repairs, alternative arrangements will be made promptly.

We had a bit of hiccup at pearl harbor, when waiting for the tour they had a glitch in the system and we did not receive our standby text. We had been waiting 3 hours to go to out to the memorial. It was time to leave, but Austin was extremely accommodating and made sure that we got to experience the memorial. This tour does not schedule a time for the memorial tour and you do have to wait. Make a reservation!! Highly suggest asking for Austin!
