The dinner includes a buffet featuring a sushi station with house special maki, a poke bar with various poke options, and a salad bar with diverse selections. Hot stations offer kalbi beef short ribs, adobo braised chicken, local-style stuffed Kona kampachi, and more. Dessert options include matcha pudding.
Admission includes complimentary access to “The Dreaming in Pink” NYE event at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel from 10:00PM to midnight. Pricing excludes service charge, tax, and booking fees. Guests are advised to communicate any food allergies.
