Mauka to Moana: Immersive Dinner Event in Honolulu

This unique one-night-only dinner event at the Moana Surfrider’s Beach Club celebrates the moon’s significance in Hawaiian and immigrant cultures through storytelling, astronomy, and cuisine.

Hosted by cultural leader Kainoa Daines, the evening features a multicourse communal dinner under the stars, moongazing with Stargazers of Hawaii and telescope viewing led by Nick Bradley, and live Hawaiian music.

The event explores celestial navigation, lunar planting traditions, and cultural influences from Hawaiian, Chinese, Filipino, Japanese, and Portuguese communities, blending traditional cooking with modern techniques.

Tickets are $195 per adult, inclusive of tax and gratuity, and include complimentary valet parking for up to 4 hours.
