Lesson Structure and Recommendations

Because wing foiling requires multiple sessions to develop skills, it is recommended to plan for at least three initial one-hour lessons. This approach helps you master the basics efficiently.

If you have never foiled before, it is advised to first take an eFoil lesson to avoid wasting time paddling or walking equipment upwind after falling downwind. During wing foil lessons, your instructor follows you on an eFoil and tows you back upwind as needed.
