Keiki Private Surf Lesson Overview

The Keiki Private Surf Lesson offers children the chance to learn or improve surfing skills on the legendary North Shore of Oahu. Conducted by Surf Hawaii Surf School, lessons take place at uncrowded, ideal spots with waves ranging from two to four feet.

Instruction and Scheduling

Lessons are tailored to the child’s skill level and include detailed instructions from highly trained instructors. Sessions run daily at 7 am, 10 am, 2 pm, and 4 pm, lasting approximately 1.5 hours. Children as young as 4 years old can participate, with private lessons required for those 10 and under.

Included Equipment and Experience

All necessary equipment such as surfboards, leashes, and rash guards are provided. The instructors focus on safety and fun, ensuring a positive experience. The presence of turtles in the water often adds a memorable highlight to the sessions.
