Intro to Surfing Course for Kids
Swell Health Coaching provides a comprehensive surfing course for kids in Kihei, Hawaii, focusing on ocean understanding, environmental respect, and physical care. Sessions begin on land with weather reading, warm-ups, surfboard parts, and waxing instruction.
When conditions allow, kids practice paddling techniques, safe falling, and popping up in the water. Locations include Westside Kapalua Bay near the rental place and Southside Cove Beach Park under the shade tree.
