Located at 6526 Kaumualii Highway Kekaha, HI, this 2.5-hour guided tour provides guests with exclusive behind-the-scenes access to one of Hawaiʻi’s only commercial shrimp farms. Visitors will walk the ponds and learn about raising Kauaʻi Shrimp, including water sourcing, salinity control, feeding protocols, and harvest cycles.

The farm raises shrimp 100% antibiotic- and preservative-free, following strict biosecurity and sustainability practices to protect the environment and product quality. Guests will also practice scooping shrimp from an interactive tank and enjoy a delicious Kauaʻi Shrimp lunch while hearing local stories about Hawaiʻi’s farming efforts.

Visitor Restrictions:

• No seafood may be brought onto the property.
• Visitors must not have visited the beach, ocean, fish market, or seafood facility within 24 hours prior to the tour.
• Vehicles must not have been at the beach within 24 hours prior.
• Sanitation procedures including footbaths and hand sanitizing stations must be followed.
