Hale Hana Waikiki Arts and Crafts Workshops

Hale Hana Waikiki provides a variety of engaging arts and crafts workshops suitable for all ages in Honolulu. Each workshop offers a unique chance to create personalized keepsakes inspired by Hawaiian culture and nature.

• Reservation Only: Workshops run from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding Sundays.
• Duration: Classes last between 1 to 2 hours depending on the craft chosen.
• Workshop Options:
• Resin Art Experience: Create ocean-inspired art in shapes like surfboards, honu (turtles), or Hawaiian islands. The process takes about 2 hours, with a 1-day hardening period. Pickup or hotel delivery available (delivery incurs additional charge). Add-ons include sand laying ($5) and shell/starfish decorations ($3). Note: This is not a wave technique lesson and each participant makes their own piece.
• Sand Art Gel Candle Making: Make gel candles decorated with sand art, shells, and starfish. Suitable for all ages with a workshop duration of approximately 1 hour.
• Hawaiian Bag Making: Handmade tote bag class using traditional Hawaiian “Ohe Kapala” and wooden stamps. Learn about the history and meaning of Kapala. Duration is about 1 hour.

All workshops require advance reservation and provide a creative, hands-on experience to craft meaningful souvenirs of your Hawaiian visit.
