Farm To Spoon Tour at Haleakala Creamery

Come and meet the ice cream goats of Haleakala Creamery, Maui’s family-owned and operated goat dairy and ice cream farm. On this 90-minute “Farm-to-Spoon” tour, you’ll be guided by the owner, Rebecca, who will share the story of how the farm grew from one pet goat to over 50 dairy goats.

The tour includes a short walk to the goat pastures where you can feed and pet the goats, including seasonal goat kids. Learn how the goats convert Maui’s sweet grasses into caramel sauces, “Goatlato” ice cream, and cheese. You will also have the opportunity to milk a goat yourself.

After meeting the goats, the tour continues through the Creamery kitchen to see how all delicious products, including fresh cheeses and caramel sauces, are made. Tours are offered Fridays at 9:30am with a maximum of 12 guests to ensure a personalized experience. Each adult ticket includes a cheese tasting plate.
