Evening Volcano Explorer Tour with Kona Pick-Up
Travel south into Kona coffee country starting at Bay View Farm, a 24-acre working coffee farm on Mauna Loa’s slopes above Kealakekua Bay. Learn about coffee cultivation and sample 100% Kona Coffee while enjoying stunning views including the Captain Cook monument.
The tour continues through South Kona and Ka‘u Districts, showcasing alternating lava flows and Hawaiian dry forest visible through large vehicle windows.
Stop at Punalu‘u Bake Shop, known for Hawaiian sweetbreads since 1991, then visit Punalu‘u Black Sand Beach to stroll and look for green Hawaiian sea turtles feeding offshore or resting on the sand.
