The PADI Divemaster Program offered by Aloha Scuba Diving Co. in Honolulu, Hawaii, is designed to develop experienced divers into confident dive professionals. This comprehensive program spans 1 to 6 weeks and includes eLearning combined with practical ocean training.
The program features confined-water training blocks, two-tank ocean dives, and a 24-skill demonstration circuit with video feedback. Waterskills assessments cover swimming, treading water, snorkeling, and equipment exchanges. Practical workshops include dive-site setup, professional briefings, search and recovery techniques, and deep-dive scenarios.
Participants assist with student classes and guide certified divers under supervision. Weekly one-on-one mentor check-ins and career coaching support professional development. The course also includes emergency assistance planning and use of specialized training gear.
The program requires participants to be 18 or older. Cancellation requires 48 hours’ notice for a full refund minus eLearning fees. Additional costs may include PADI application fees, personal scuba equipment, insurance, medical clearance, and optional Nitrox training. The meeting point is 410 Atkinson Dr., Honolulu.
