The Blu Room is a patented technology designed to insulate users from external stimuli, creating a mind/body/spirit consciousness-lifting environment. Located at 781377 Bishop Rd, Holualoa, HI, the room features highly polished mirrored stainless-steel walls, floor, and ceiling, illuminated by soft blue LED light throughout the session.

Each session begins with narrowband UVB light exposure and includes music and ventilation based on proprietary research by inventor JZ Knight. This environment allows the brain to enter a deep relaxation theta state, free from everyday distractions.
