Join the deluxe sportfishing tour aboard the Pi’ikea, limited to 4 guests for more personalized attention and space. The vessel can hold up to 6 people but this tour restricts to 4 for comfort.

After a safety briefing, the tour starts once the boat leaves the dock in Eleele. Fishing lines are set as the boat exits the outer break wall, with the captain selecting fishing spots based on weather and recent catch data. The fishing range varies from 1-2 miles offshore to 12-15 miles depending on conditions and trip length.

Fishing primarily involves trolling with artificial lures, with occasional use of dead bait, chunk bait, and surface jigging at buoys. Live bait is caught early in the morning when used.

Onboard facilities include an air-conditioned cabin with couches, a stand-up fridge, microwave, restroom, and spacious deck with a fighting chair. All fishing gear including rods, reels, lines, lures, ice, and tackle are provided.
