The 2 tank Mokuho’oniki dive private charter is a 7.5-hour scuba diving adventure departing from Ma’alaea Harbor, Haiku-Pauwela. This advanced-level drift dive takes divers across the Pailolo Channel to Mokuho’oniki, a secluded Marine Seabird Sanctuary and one of Hawaii’s most pristine dive sites. The location is renowned for schooling hammerhead sharks and abundant marine life.

Dive Itinerary and Inclusions

The day begins at 6:30am with a meeting at Slip 14, followed by departure at 7:00am. The first dive starts at 9:15am at Mokuho’oniki, followed by a surface interval with lunch in the lee of the sanctuary, where guests can observe rarely-seen seabirds. The second dive begins at 11:30am, with return to Ma’alaea Harbor by 2:30pm.

Included in the charter are all necessary dive gear tailored to your measurements, a guide, jackets, a catered lunch featuring fresh fruit, locally made granola bars, freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, hot cocoa with marshmallows, soft drinks, and towels. The group size is limited to six divers for a personalized experience.
