Please be informed of the cancellation policy for the Honu One Private Charter. A $750 non-refundable deposit is due at booking, with full payment required 30 days prior to the charter. Payments are non-refundable.

Guests are responsible for arriving promptly at the scheduled charter time. Traffic conditions may cause delays, and the charter will end at the designated time regardless of late arrivals. No refunds will be given for no-shows.

The operator reserves the right to cancel for reasons including weather, ocean conditions, mechanical issues, or safety concerns. In such cases, rescheduling or full refunds will be offered based on availability.
