The Hawaiian Mission Houses Historic Site and Archives invites you to Kikilo Ke Kapu, a Mele Program exploring the sacred places and history of Hawai‘i through mele (song), oli (chant), and hula (dance). This event honors the kapu that maintain genealogies, histories, and mana, emphasizing the principle of Mālama ‘Āina, Mālama Kānaka — caring for the land and people as one.
