The experience begins with a signature welcome mocktail or cocktail and a mini tour of the cacao farm. Guests then enjoy a curated, guided plated meal with vegetarian options available upon request. The evening concludes with a tasting of the estate’s single-origin dark chocolates from the Koolaupooko appellation.
