Haleakala & Hawaiian Craft Private Guided Tour
Experience Hawaiian culture and the stunning landscapes of Haleakala National Park on this private guided tour in Kihei, Hawaii. Led by two guides including a Hawaiian cultural practitioner, the tour is available on Mondays and accommodates up to 11 people.
The day begins with an 8:00AM pick-up from your hotel or a meeting point in Kahului, with recommended meeting at Target in Kahului to maximize tour time. Free hotel pick-up is available for South side properties (Kihei, Wailea, Ma’alaea), and hotel pick-up for West Side properties (Lahaina/Ka’anapali to Kapalua) is offered for $265.
Your guides will share stories about Hawaiian culture, history, language, and natural resources while touring the summit of Haleakala National Park at 10,023 feet. Prepare for cooler temperatures at the summit, often 20 to 40 degrees colder than sea level.
