Kealakekua Snorkel and Sail Adventure
The Kealakekua Snorkel and Sail is a 4-hour sailing and snorkeling experience along the Kona Coast, offered by Kona Style in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. This trip takes you to Kealakekua Bay, home to the Captain Cook Monument and a vibrant marine sanctuary filled with tropical fish and coral formations.
Onboard Amenities and Activities
The fully certified USCG sailing catamaran features covered and open-air seating, splash nets, surround sound stereo, and two restrooms. Guests enjoy a continental breakfast including 100% Kona coffee, tropical fruits, and pastries as the boat sets sail.
Snorkeling and Wildlife Watching
Once at the snorkel destination, guests receive instruction and quality snorkel gear including masks, fins, and swim noodles. The marine sanctuary offers opportunities to see dolphins, turtles, manta rays, and seasonal whales while relaxing on netted trampolines or in the shaded cabin.
Food and Beverage
After snorkeling, a preselected lunch and ice-cold beverages are served onboard. All non-alcoholic drinks are complimentary, and guests may purchase beer, wine, or cocktails from the full bar.

The trip is led by a friendly and experienced captain and crew certified in lifeguard, CPR, first aid, and AED. Prescription masks are available for guests needing vision correction from minus 1 to negative 7. The group size can be up to 38 guests, and the meeting point is Kona Style’s retail store at 75-5660 Palani Rd, c8, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740. Cancellation requires 48 hours’ notice.
